HR Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
Dukosi Ltd is a pioneering company that's transforming the way battery systems work in world-changing applications. We're seeking an HR Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh, supporting our employees across global locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate new hire welcome details, ensuring timely receipt of required information for payroll.
- Manage the offboarding process, including generating leaver letters, updating BambooHR, and liaising with Finance for payroll adjustments.
- Assist with the administration, tracking, and management of employee benefits, ensuring accurate records are kept and addressing employee queries related to benefit schemes.
- Respond to reference and mortgage confirmation requests, obtaining appropriate consent.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, ensuring accurate management of employee paperwork in line with GDPR, legal, and audit requirements.
- Support the administration of UK visa sponsorships, global mobility, and employee relocations.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance HR systems and workflows, developing process guidance as needed.
- Strong ability to manage, prioritise, and track both recurring and ad hoc tasks seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate to advanced skills.
- General HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle, with a basic understanding of UK employment law and experience drafting contractual documents.
