We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Stangate HR. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and will provide support with HR and payroll processing, as well as offer guidance to stakeholders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support with HR and payroll processes, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Offer guidance and support to stakeholders within the organization on HR-related matters.
- Process and track new starters, internal moves, and resignations.
- Manage employee benefit schemes and deal with other employee matters such as maternity, paternity, and pensions.
- Strong administration or HR generalist experience.
- Payroll experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with HR systems and software.
This is a permanent position, working 25-30 hours per week over 5 days, based from home with occasional visits to our UK facilities.
