About You
You have experience working in the Social Housing sector, either at a Senior level or looking to step up into your first Senior role. With strong commercial awareness and advanced Excel skills, you can provide commercial expertise to contracts and support project variations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial / financial and contractual elements of projects
- Control and maximise the company's profitability
- Protect the company's legal and contractual obligations under the contract
- Provide commercial expertise to contracts
- Support the authorisation and submission of project variations
Requirements
- Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor
- Strong commercial awareness
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and V-Look Up
- Data interrogation skills
