About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee the night shift operations in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality products, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise night shift teams to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards
  2. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve communication, and drive business growth
  4. Ensure accurate records and reports are maintained to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Estimated Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 + overtime
