Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Implementation Specialist to join our innovative process engineering team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensuring alignment with operational goals, safety standards, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
  • Ensure alignment with operational goals, safety standards, and production timelines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on equipment requirements and project goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships for equipment specifications, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Evaluate the success of new equipment and processes post-implementation using metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have a background in roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Launch Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, or similar.
