Job Description:

CV Library is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Efficiency Expert to join our team in Abingdon, Oxford.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in quality assurance and the ability to drive significant improvements in productivity and efficiency.

About the Role:

The Manufacturing Efficiency Expert will focus on improving the efficiency of our manufacturing processes and identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the manufacturing process are optimized.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all processes and procedures.
  • Implement and manage measurement systems to track progress and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Lead and participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Salary: ££55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or quality assurance role.
  • Proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
