**Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled Aviation Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in manufacturing, automation, and quality to drive business growth and success. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, leading the setup of production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead the design and implementation of manufacturing strategies to maximize production efficiency.
  2. Develop and specify equipment needs to meet production requirements.
  3. Oversee facility layouts to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Scale up low-volume products and processes to support mass production.
  5. Pursue and appoint suppliers for automation equipment.
  6. Liaise with cross-functional teams to implement Advanced Production Quality Plans.
  7. Enhance process efficiency through PFMEA's and control plan analysis.
  8. Manage SOPs, build records, and production documentation.
  9. Head quality improvements through roadmapping initiatives.
  10. Mentor junior engineers to foster growth and development.

**Salary Range:** £55-60k (dependent on experience)
