About the Role

As a dynamic and results-driven Network Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our Centre of Excellence network. This is an exciting opportunity to drive value for members and enhance our flagship programme, dedicated to transforming Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain account management frameworks to encourage member participation in our core offerings.
  • Track and report on member engagement metrics, leveraging data insights to drive retention, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and refine the member engagement framework to meet evolving needs, including offering tailored training and development solutions.
  • Foster partnerships and shared learning opportunities within the network.
  • Lead recognition reviews, coordinating judging panels and planning events to showcase excellence across the network.

This role is based at our office but offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, with regular travel expected throughout the UK.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
