About the Position

The XBS Network Development Manager will play a critical role in the construction and execution of the XBS Network strategy, ensuring the delivery of agreed objectives and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges in existing and new network markets.
  • Network Planning: Assist in the development of a network plan to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency.
  • Redundancy Implementation: Implement network redundancy to ensure resilience and minimize downtime.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Support the prioritization of regional deliverables in the network roadmap.
  • Data Management: Manage a central repository of data/collateral to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation and Collaboration: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Participation: Participate in ad hoc business and strategic projects to support the growth and development of the network.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Network Strategy master plan to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop regular reports on network performance, including commercial savings, routing, volume, trends, etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure the company's strategy remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Experience in Strategic Planning: Proven experience in strategic planning and execution with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present complex information to various audiences, including executives, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Payments Industry Expertise: 5+ years' experience in the payments industry with a strong understanding of payment schemes, trends, and products.
