Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Charge Nurse at HC-One, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of every resident in your area of the care home, ensuring that their needs are met and their wellbeing is prioritized.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that care standards are met
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
