We are looking for a skilled Operations Executive to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence and develop our skills in line with client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks include data downloads, master data management, enquiry forwarding, attendance logging, reception coverage, holiday support, and field manager assistance with bookings and meetings.
  • Technical support involves script loading, software issue resolution, update validation, and communication with users.
  • Fleet management includes maintaining driver and vehicle lists, booking hire cars, handling accidents, and IT equipment requests.
  • Call file management involves ensuring accurate address and territory details, supporting changes, and using Geoplan territory planning tool.
  • Reporting includes basic reporting, data exports, and formatting for field managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 field visit and 1 meeting attendance per quarter.
  • Regularly read and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety Regulations and comply with GDPR.
  • Take responsibility for your own personal development and complete mandatory training on time.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based in the UK.
