We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Destination Managers in shaping and implementing our product and commercial strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver on our goals and objectives.


Working closely with our Destination Managers, you will provide insightful analysis of our trading performance, ensuring we are competitively priced and aligned with our market-leading offers and promotions. Your analytical mindset will be beneficial in reviewing our commercial data and identifying trends and opportunities.


This is a hybrid role, based out of our Kingston-upon-Thames or Leyland (Lancashire) offices. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting our Destination Managers in the analysis of trading performance and creation of destination strategies
  • Monitoring performance and competitiveness of our core hotels, working with our Trading team to ensure we maximise sales and margin opportunities
  • Competitor analysis and market research
  • Working with our hotel supply teams to ensure we have the best price point and offers in the market
  • Providing details of top offers and promotions to our Marketing teams to communicate to our customers
  • Building knowledge and identifying trends and opportunities through reviewing various data sources
  • Updating content and onsite merchandising
  • Identifying barriers to sale and friction points in the customer journey
  • Providing communication, support, and training for our Sales Team

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a passion for travel, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with data. Organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills are essential, as is the ability to work at a fast pace and with changing priorities.
