Facilities Management Team Member

Lancashire County Council is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our Facilities Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our Residential Care Homes and Day Centres.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cleaning or a related field, although full training and support will be provided. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Damp wiping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming and carpet cleaning
- Toilet and washroom cleaning
- Laundry and light kitchen duties
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including the Foundation Living Wage.
This is a part-time position, working 17.5 hours per week, and you must have means of travelling to the work address.
