About the Role


Lancashire County Council is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their Facilities Management Team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties at Preston Bus Station, working a contracted 7 hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays.


The Facilities Management team maintains high standards of cleanliness and provides essential services to the community and vulnerable people.


As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for general cleaning tasks, including damp wiping, damp mopping, vacuuming, and toilet cleaning.

This is a part-time position, and the salary quoted is full-time equivalent. The hourly rate is £12.00, paid on a pro-rata basis.
