We are seeking 2 Cleaning Operatives to join our facilities team at Whitegate Drive Health Centre. As a key member of our team, you will work individually or collaboratively to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas within the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying litter bins, polishing, and dusting designated areas, including toilets and shower areas.
- Moving items of furniture as required.
- Ensuring all duties are carried out in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Relieving and assisting in other establishments as needed.
- Responding to accidents, fires, loss, theft, lost property, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities, and completing necessary reports.
- Attending meetings as requested.
- Adapting to changing requirements and covering staff absences.
- Pursuing personal development and skills necessary for effective role performance.
- Complying with company rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
