Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Support Officer to join our Building Cleaning team at LCC Facilities Management Service. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support for all aspects of the Cleaning Service, working closely with the Service Operations Manager and Cleaning Area Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Cleaning Service team
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Specialist Cleaning team and Cleaning Stores
  • Lead on making changes to work allocation across the service as needed
  • Supervise, plan, and allocate work for the Cleaning Service team
  • Monitor cleaning provision and standards in Care Homes, LCC Corporate sites, and external client service provision
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management or a related field and experience working in a similar role.
