Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Volkerrail Group requires an experienced Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our procurement team in Preston and Morecambe offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information.
  • Conduct regular reviews of supplier credit reports and document meetings.
  • Monitor supplier spend and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Support the procurement team with tender documentation and order management.
  • Contribute to month-end reporting and live hire updates.

About the Role:

  • Prior administration experience is essential.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
