CV Library is currently seeking a highly experienced Administrative Document Manager to join their team in Glasgow and Dumbarton offices.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the management and control of project documentation, ensuring that all project documents meet established procedures.

  • Distribute project documentation according to the distribution matrix.
  • Record and disseminate Contractor & 3rd Party Documentation.
  • Guarantee quality-assured distribution to the Project Team.
Requirements for Success
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Document management role is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS office computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint is essential.
Estimated Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is £42,500 per annum. The job is located in Glasgow and Dumbarton offices.
