Job Description:

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the creation of unforgettable luxury travel experiences. As a Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for producing high-quality itineraries and documentation that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop detailed client itineraries and documentation, adhering to our company's standards.
  • Create mobile app versions of itineraries and documentation when required.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all bookings to ensure accuracy.
  • Mitigate errors and losses by taking corrective action for any mistakes or omissions that could impact clients' travel plans.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of documents via various channels, working efficiently through multiple pipelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage email inboxes and resolve issues related to documentation.
  • Support sales and aftersales teams with documentation-related matters.
  • Perform daily tasks assigned to the department.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and notify relevant parties when restock is needed.
  • Maintain accurate information in our systems to ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaborate on testing projects and developments.
  • Develop and regularly update 'how-to' manuals for current and new processes.

Requirements:

  • A background in the travel industry is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to work across various software tools and systems.
