Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced practitioner to fill a Level 2 Residential Children's Practitioner (Nights) role in Norwich.">

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide nighttime care and support to children and young adults with disabilities, ensuring their emotional, physical, and social needs are met.

This includes contributing to young people's care plans, risk assessments, and health care plans, and maintaining good quality records as required.

">

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for taking accountability of the home during night shifts with on-call support system.

">

Requirements and Qualifications:

">
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children, Young Person and Family Practitioner or equivalent is desirable.">
  • Knowledge of Departmental Standards and Ofsted's Social Care Inspection Framework.">
  • Able to form effective relationships with young people, their families, and colleagues.">
