Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care and support services, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Nighttime Residential Lead to join our team as a Night Senior Carer at one of our care homes.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. As a Nighttime Residential Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care and support to our residents, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of care and support to residents* Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals* Participate in on-call shifts and respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care* Clinical knowledge of elderly care* Strong leadership and communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support* Competitive rate of pay: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum* Sector-leading benefits package including free training and development, wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts, and unlimited referrals* Employee of the Month' rewards and Long Service Awards'
