About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to residents
  • Work closely with the clinical team to support the development of care plans and reviews
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents
  • Support the Deputy General Manager in the management of the care team
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will be a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individual who is dedicated to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
