About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to residents
  • Work closely with the clinical team to support the development of care plans and reviews
  • Assist with the administration of medication and other clinical tasks as required
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and staff
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also need to have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate a warm, compassionate, and committed approach to care.
