**Location**: Barkston, Grantham

**Full-time**: Monday to Thursday (night shift)

**Hours**: 18:00 - 06:00

**Rate of Pay**:£11.83 p/h

**We are looking for a Baler Operator to join our MID UK Recycling division at Barkston (near Grantham).**

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- To safely operate and adjust equipment
- To maintain quality of bales by monitoring equipment operation; completing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting failures
- To maintain equipment and report any issues detected
- To abide by & promote Health & Safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed
- To maintain the work area
- To complete relevant documentation and paperwork as required
- To perform other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require

**Skills/Experience**:
Applicants must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, capable of working within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to Health and Safety.

**Equipment Maintenance - preferred but not essential.**
