Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant care environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support
