As a Lead Night Care Supervisor at Barchester Healthcare, you will cater to the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring we provide exceptional, individualized care and support.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing and motivating a team of committed Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

Additionally, you will assist the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, or care evaluations.

Like all team members, as a Lead Night Care Supervisor, you will always honor the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, inviting, and dynamic environment.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Lead Night Care Supervisor, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

We will also require evidence of your specialized knowledge in clinical care for the elderly. We seek individuals who are kind-hearted, empathetic, and dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each resident.

You'll have the chance to advance your career through continuous training opportunities, allowing for limitless growth within our organization.

Many of our Lead Care Supervisors transition into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
