As a Senior Night Care Coordinator, you will lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of individualized support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and supervise a committed team of Care Assistants.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage medication distribution, staff rosters, and financial oversight.
  • Support clients in accessing community services and maintaining their support systems.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Conduct quality assessments and maintain health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that support plans and risk evaluations are current.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to foster and sustain relationships.
Thorough knowledge of compliance and quality management.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
Previous experience in a care environment is essential.
Familiarity with care regulations, health and safety, and food safety standards.
Capacity to be flexible, adaptable, and effectively prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in staff scheduling and rota management.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage and develop team members through formal supervision.
