**Position**: Night Shift Supervisor

**Location**: North Shields NE29 Area

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

**Salary**: £11.51 per hour

**Pay Schedule**: Fortnightly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff according to the establishments Terms and Conditions, adhering to HR Personnel manual policies and guidelines.
- Conduct low-level disciplinary procedures, including investigations and confirmation letters.
- Act on instructions from the Contract Manager and Operations Manager.
- Provide staffing information to the Operations Manager as per company reporting procedures.
- Ensure daily service levels and quality standards are achieved.
- Conduct on-site training for Supervisors and frontline staff to maintain a high level of quality.
- Produce and manage staff rotas to cover planned and unforeseen staff absences.
- Monitor, record, and manage sickness and unauthorised absence.
- Complete and manage required paperwork efficiently.
- Conduct Tool Box Talks and briefings, ensuring the "Site File" and "Notice Boards" are current.
- Maintain cleaning standards through Daily Quality Inspections and Weekly H&S Audits.
- Ensure fuelling and associated tasks adhere to company policies, procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Manage stock/store rooms to required standards and oversee staff rooms/accommodation and equipment.
- Submit monthly cleaning materials, equipment, and chemical requisitions.
- Ensure proper disposal of Bio Hazards and Sharps in line with Policy.
- Report incidents, accidents, maintenance issues, and defects promptly.
- Provide remote support to all locations outside of normal daily hours as part of the Contract Management team.
- Fulfill any other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and guidelines.
- Ability to manage staff, maintain standards, and address issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving quality and efficiency.
- Availability to work night shifts from Monday to Friday.
