**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic **Night Porter (Night Receptionist)** to join our Beaverbrook team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests during their stay.

In this role, you will be responsible for checking-in guests, responding to their queries, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the night. Your duties will also include managing the front desk, handling room keys, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the reception area.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and checking-in guests, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
  • Responding to guests' queries and addressing any issues promptly
  • Maintaining the front desk and reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized
  • Managing room keys and access control

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A warm and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
