Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Walsall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our designated territory.
  • You will build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • You will work closely with our clients to negotiate and secure new business contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect for new business through self-sourced leads and cold calling.
  2. Schedule and conduct face-to-face business reviews with each customer to thoroughly understand their needs.
  3. Present market-leading offerings and exceptional savings, negotiating and securing business contracts with new customers.

  • A basic salary of £33,000 per annum.
  • An uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65,000, top achievers earning £100,000+.
