At TGW Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for maintenance activities on site, you will be responsible for ensuring that all TGW automation equipment and third-party products operate at maximum efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a minimum NVQ level 2 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, with proficiency in communication skills and customer focus. They will also be able to work in a time-critical environment, flexible shift patterns, and possess demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Estimated annual salary: £35,000 - £45,000. Benefits include 25 days' annual holiday entitlement, health cash plan, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and salary sacrifice options.

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide first-line fix to all TGW and third-party products installed on site.
    • Support continuous improvement activities to underpin site performance.
    • Uphold and maintain TGW health and safety standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 2 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Proficient communication skills and customer focus.
  • Able to work in a time-critical environment.
  • Flexible shift patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability for solving problems.
