We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Abingdon, Oxford facility.

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with a stable working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, drainage, and other related equipment.
  • They will also respond to emergency plumbing issues, diagnosing problems and implementing repairs efficiently.
  • In addition, they will conduct regular inspections and testing of plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Our Site Maintenance Specialist will work closely with the wider maintenance team to address site needs and complete any required paperwork and documentation related to repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a plumber in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
  • Full UK driving license (for the on-site pool vehicle).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,500 per annum.
  • Stable working hours with a Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule.

Estimated Salary Range: Based on national averages and industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
