About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash and Banking Administrator to join our Finance and Treasury team. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering all company bank accounts and other related finance activities, delivering excellent customer service in an accurate and complete manner with timely processing.

The role is hybrid, requiring the successful candidate to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required and to work from the office as well as working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and delivery of excellent customer service
  • Housing and care sectors experience
  • Experience of best practice cashbook, banking, ledger, finance-related responsibilities and delivery of improvements
  • Good understanding of double entry accounting and basic ledger management
  • Financial/banking/payment controls and safeguards/fraud prevention
  • Financial/banking systems with numerous interfaces from feeder systems
  • Confidentiality and data protection legislation
