Sales Office Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels in Birmingham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative tasks within the Sales Office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately to maintain efficient operations
  • Manage the shared inbox, keeping it up-to-date and responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with quotations and follow up on orders, addressing any issues and escalating when necessary
  • Arrange carrier collections and create labels for warehouse requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
