Exciting Opportunity in Sales Administration

We are seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide excellent support to the Commercial Manager and the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries, both over the phone and via email.
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Follow up on quotations to drive sales and generate further business growth.
  • Process sales enquiries and orders with efficiency and precision.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer enquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
