Role Overview

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Pre and Post-Sales Support: Collaborate closely with internal and field sales teams to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage sales records, handle invoices, and work with the finance team to track customer payments.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for trade customers, addressing their inquiries and providing support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

2. Administrative Duties:

• Manage sales records and ensure accurate data entry.

3. Pre and Post-Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.
