Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team. As a key member of the business development team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering IT system-related business projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering IT-related business projects, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to achieve business objectives.
  • Review business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, analyzing information, requirements, and business impact.
  • Support proposals for systems change, development, and integration, communicating effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Document user requirements and process flows, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Identify and discuss the impact of proposed change initiatives with different departments.
  • Assess project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, offering mitigating actions and solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with a strong technical background.
  • Ability to understand and relay information from stakeholders to developers.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems is desirable.
  • Excellent data analysis and IT systems skills.
  • Confident communication style, with the ability to work effectively with various individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of individual tasks.
What We Offer:
  • An excellent salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
