Quality Assurance Manager Role
This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all Safety and Quality regulations, standards, and practices within the food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and uphold factory standards, ensuring all safety and quality regulations are followed.
- Lead a team of quality professionals to deliver excellence in all areas.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of policies to drive quality and regulatory standards forward.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality management, including team leadership, within the food, animal feed, or drinks industry.
- Solid understanding of global food safety standards.
- Computer literacy with familiarity in common software packages.
