Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Support Specialist to join our team at H9 Technical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing objective evidence in an organized and structured way, ensuring that the company meets project specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assurance support to ensure compliance with quality systems and standards.
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with supplier issues and non-conformance reports.
  • Chase missing or delayed material test certification from suppliers.
  • Escalate errors or delays in material traceability to the project and quality managers.
  • Assist with NCR and SAM software, including creating contracts and downloading reporting information.

Requirements:

  • IT literacy with a good standard of education, including maths and English.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to stop errors until they are corrected.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Nuclear safety awareness or experience in a highly regulated industry is an advantage.
