Job Title – Production Specialist
At DSM, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. As a Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Specialty Powder Mixing facility.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Weighing, mixing, and packing of ingredients branches;
- Powder and oil blending using semi-automated/automated mixing equipment;
- Packing of pre-blended powders into bags/boxes/sacks (up to 25kg) as required;
- Achieving KPIs and personal competencies;
- Updating and maintaining documentation and records;
- Working as a team to produce and execute the weekly production plan.
