Role Summary:

  • Provide essential support to vulnerable adults facing significant health and social care challenges.
  • Deliver persuasive verbal and written representations on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with public and voluntary organizations.
  • Take actions to address client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering high-quality advocacy services to clients.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
  3. Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
  4. Preparing and presenting reports and representations to relevant authorities.
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of records and reporting to meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of Level 6 British Sign Language.
