Our mission is to provide advocacy and information services to support the needs of our clients.


We are looking for an Independent Advocate to join our team, working on a part-time basis from a home-based location with travel across Birmingham and the surrounding area.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of level 6 British Sign Language and will be responsible for providing high-quality advocacy services to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality advocacy services to clients, including support with daily living tasks and representation at meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of level 6 British Sign Language qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work, including willingness to travel across Birmingham and the surrounding area.
