Sales and Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a Sales and Recruitment Executive to join our team as a Graduate Consultant. As a Sales and Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and clients, researching and identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches, and internal sources.
You will also conduct phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and gather information from Clients, industry research, and sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, industry, and position requirements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university or 2 years sales experience, be confident and outgoing, ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly, commercially savvy, financially and success driven, have an inherent competitive nature, great communication skills, resilient, hardworking, and persuasive.
The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £25,000 basic + uncapped commission + benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K Year 2) (£60K Year 3), making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to progress quickly in their career.
