About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Director to join our team at Media IQ Recruitment Ltd. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 8-10 key accounts within the finance sector, selling branded content solutions and performance-based campaign ideas to both direct clients and their respective agency contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and agency levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and effective sales solutions
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and sales performance metrics
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in multi-platform client direct media sales, with a strong focus on digital advertising sales
  • Proven track record of success in key account management and sales leadership
  • Passion for digital innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong educational background and high level of articulation and confidence
  • Stable career history and knowledge of the finance sector (an advantage)
