Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards. This includes developing and implementing bespoke care plans for residents, managing respite care services, and mentoring the development of your team to provide exceptional dementia care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the residential home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in home management within an elderly care setting.
  • Certification in social care management or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
