Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our Domestic Team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care home.

**About the Role**
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home
* Clean and tidy designated areas, including bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices
* Perform daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming
* Use equipment such as carpet cleaning machines to maintain carpets and upholstered furniture
* Support with washing and drying laundry, as required
* Report breakages, damage, defects, and hazards to management
* Build trust and promote choice, dignity, and independence among residents
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services
