Job Title: Residential Care Director

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per year.

Job Description:

As a Residential Care Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people in our residential care homes. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

You will work closely with our directors and operations manager to shape our care practices and promote equal opportunities for all. Your expertise in childcare and leadership will be essential in driving improvements in outcomes for our residents.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff
  • Develop care plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements:
  • Degree in social work or related field
  • Experience in residential care management
  • Leadership and management qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 5)
