Perinatal Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perinatal Service Manager to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our Perinatal Service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and meet the needs of our community.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Perinatal Service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and meet the needs of our community.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the service, including service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
- Manage and develop a team of staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Work closely with other teams and services within the Trust to ensure that we are providing a seamless and integrated service to our patients.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, and that we are meeting our contractual obligations.
