Perinatal Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perinatal Service Manager to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our Perinatal Service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and meet the needs of our local population.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Perinatal Service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and meet the needs of our local population.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and safety of our services, including the development of new ways of working and service models.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that our services are integrated and effective, and that we are meeting the needs of our patients and the local population.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that we are using our resources effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that our services are safe, effective, and of high quality, and that we are meeting the needs of our patients and the local population.
