Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure adequate staffing levels and develop staff retention improvement action plans.
- Implement the core competency framework and ensure all perinatal staff have opportunities for continuous professional development.
- Provide leadership and management expertise to promote the teaching, training, and ongoing development of midwifery and nursing staff.
